Well, it’s painful to write since I am a small business and rely on reviews myself I noticed a slight leak on my radiator, traced the leak to the upper transmission cooler line, and sourced the replacement parts at a local dealership, I called blue and set up a time to drop the car off and have them replace the cooler lines, and do fluid service (drain and refill) we came to an agreement of price and I paid the bill right then and there… 270 for the work, 200 for the labor for the lines and 70 for the fluid…since we was leaving on a business trip, I was loading the car, and I noticed the brand new transmission cooler lines in the trunk.. cooler lines I just paid $200 for them to install…and they told me they did and took my money for it. I contacted blue immediately and I was told to just bring it in when I returned.. no care in the world that his guys lied to him, and to a customer Which we did, we ended up having the car returned to us the same day we dropped it off..with the new cooler lines installed.. two weeks later I noticed a puddle of oil at the front of the vehicle and the same upper transmission cooler line was leaking profusely, and now I a computer code directly related to the transmission, the transmission started acting up with delayed shifts.. pretty much instantly I immediately call blue and let him know the situation, blue explains that he is away on a trip but his son is running the shop and to take the car to him.. I drop the car off and they replace the o rings on the cooler lines and top me off with a quart of oil that he claimed was low….not a month after that service the transmission is now completely dead.. we took the car to a different shop for a second opinion and they told us exactly what we didn’t want to hear… the transmission was under filled with fluid and will need replacement and or a rebuild which is more than the vehicle is worth.. almost 6k we immediately stopped the second shop from proceeding and gave blue the opportunity to correct this mistake.. instead blue confirmed that the system was under filled and opted to quote us for the replacement transmission

These guys are awesome! Super clean shop, super professional, and good at what they do. They had my transmission rebuilt in 5 days. My truck has more power and shifts nice a smooth. I couldn't be happier.

Since moving to Hemet, I searched many and did business with a few repair shops. Blue is the most selfless person I have dealt with not only in Hemet, but Orange County included. That is a tough act to follow in this business when the overriding goal sometimes is greed driven. I highly recommend them.

This place is awesome. Super friendly staff. Blue was a super cool dude to talk to, very helpful. Honest trans service for a good price and in a rush. He was able to bang out my trans service before a long road trip. My truck runs very well, like the day i got it.

Got a transmission service at a reasonable price. The technician took his time to make sure I had the proper amount of fluid and checked for leaks. 👍👍
