When I found out that Victor was moving to Rux Auto I had to check them out since Victor is the only mechanic I’ll let work on my classic car; and he has done a lot! I met the owner and Pamela….wonderful people! Victor replaced a couple 55 year old brake and intake parts and had my car ready sooner than expected! I was going to take my vehicle to the guy who my daughter goes to in Bloomington, but RUE was just down the street and around the corner, and something said to me, Go ask about his shop, so I did and I'm so glad I did. I met Joe who heard me out and told me to bring my car in. His Awesome Mechanic, Victor, figured out what was wrong with it, and fixed it. Even the AC blows stronger, Bonus. And lovely Pamela at the desk is so friendly, so kind, always smiling, I love that. Some of these other shops out here should learn from that, since most weren't friendly or inviting and I wouldn't leave my trash with that, let alone any of my cars. They texted me updates all the time on what was the discovery and progress of the repairs and when it was ready. I'm glad that I trusted them to make the repairs and I have a year warranty on it as well. The service was Great, and I'm going to bring my jeep in for service and get it tightened up also.
