Right after my car accident I took my car to Gold Coast Collision #2 . They did take care of my car quickly. My biggest issue is having to babysit. First I was told they would call me with an update. I never got an update I had to call to get that update. Once my car was finished they did not reconnect my brake lights, my trunk would not open all the way and they ordered black market trim for the outside of my car. The trim did not fit well so they said they would resubmit another claim with my insurance company for the Toyota trim. 2 months went by I didn’t hear anything back. I emailed Sandy waited 3 weeks she did not respond. After the 3 weeks I emailed her again stating that I know they are busy but a response would be appreciated. Still to this day she has not responded back. I contacted my insurance company and they still have not submitted the claim. I do not recommend you bring your car here as they do oro follow through and have horrible communication.

How are you going to work for a collision company and cause newrly 2 accidents on the road? Cut me off at a stop sign and then tried ti go around traffic in a school zone by going into the on coming lane. This ladies license should be revoked

This has got to be the oldest most reliable collision repair shop in Santa Maria. The employees are fast knowledgeable and perfectionist that repair, and paint your vehicles after an accident. They accept all types of Insurance claims jobs and make the repairs you need quickly. I have been using this shop since the early 70's and recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable cost effective repair shop. All the employees are nice to work with and make your trip to the repair shop an easy task.
