Calderon Tires and Service

This was for front brakes. I called before to make sure they had time and capacity. They told me I could go right then and there. Got there and checked in and was told it was a 30 min. wait for a space. Waited an hour and they still hadn't even started on my car. What a wasted of my time. Very unprofessional. Just be trasnparent. If you can't do the job or are at capacity, don't waste your customer's time.

I have been going here for about 5ish years now, i have never had a problem. I am not much of a chatter so i appreciate the forward talks about what my vehicle needs at that time and what it will need in the future/next visit. waiting room does need some work but thats minor i usually go home while they work on my vehicle (Scion XB, 2010)

Calderon tires and service no star. They sell tires as new but tires are old . Make sure to check the dates on tires my father bought 4 he thought were new in 2020 didn't not put many miles on the tires they cracked and split on side wall . They told me they were to old that's why they are doing that but the tires were 2017 tires being sold in 2020. Management refused to do anything about it . Very upset how they hussled my veteran disabled father that is on low income. Be aware don't trust them.

Took my quad in call on it they said a hr so I drove to pick it up. It was there already four hours and they still were not done. Didn’t even start it so wasted my gas and my time going there dropping it off. They do not make you priority if you bring in your own tires be cautious using this place will not be a return customer anymore.

Quick and cost effective. $90 for an alignment, took about an hour and I was one my way!

excellent service - hector got me right in for tires, alignment, cv axle and control arms, worked with me on pricing, and car is rolling great! super pleased and grateful - thank you guys!

Absolutely terrible experience. This company shows a complete lack of care and courtesy toward customers. I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and made no effort to communicate or resolve the issues I was having. It’s clear they don’t value their customers at all. I will never return and strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.
