Don't come here as often anymore but probably one of best Subaru dealers in the state from their facility to the employees they hire. My service advisor Quinn was very helpful and swift to get my vehicle serviced for a quick oil change. The exchange was pleasant and quick as always and before I knew it I was being checked out for my service. Quinn gave me an excellent run down of the status of my vehicle and checked me out for my service. Upstanding work.

Last week I took my Forester in for an oil change. I was greeted and helped by Dana. She was very focused and thorough as well as polite and efficient. The service crew got things done in record time and the parts department rep also replaced my fob battery promptly. Before I knew it I was back on the road heading home. Thanks!

I called this morning to schedule an appt at this location because I started hearing a strange noise as I drive earlier this week and wanted to bring it in to get checked out. The receptionist I spoke with, Kathy, was incredibly rude the entire phone call. I remained polite throughout the call, until the very end, when I had to say something. Completely unprofessional and makes me not want to use this location.

Here is a follow up our car situation. Mr. Glanzmann reached out to us requesting yet another attempt (this would make it their 3rd attempt) to fix the car all be it for free this time, however our current expenditure with them is already $1,073.83, followed by $38 brake light replacement on their second attempt. Both attempts resulted in no change with the initial problem the primary reason we brought the car in in the first place of the car failing to start reliably. Because we no longer trust this dealership on December 26th we brought the car to an independent mechanic who listened to us looked at the print out we provided and decided replace the crankshaft position sensor for a total of $382.08 he had the car for 7 days. We took it home on 1/3/2024 and it has been starting reliably without any issue for the last three days. This is a much better outcome than Glanzmann who tried twice and failed to fix the problem with on two separate attempts and had the car for over 10 days, and the car failed to start reliably within a few hours of us taking the car home both times, most notably being stuck in the snow on Christmas Eve. Mr. Glanzmann refused to provide any refund as they believe they are entitled to profit for incompetent work that failed to fix the primary problem. Marybeth at Subaru corporate stated "I do apologize for the issues that you have had with your vehicle and the work completed at the Glanzman Subaru. As this is a workmanship issue, you will need to address these issues directly with the service manager at the retailer as this is a not defect the vehicle." disappointing response to say the least. I continue to encourage readers to reconsider dealership service, there is very little quality control.

Got my Subaru serviced here today. Chris was very friendly and gave me a clear timeline on when my vehicle would be ready for pickup. They offered me a loaner vehicle to drive while my car was being worked on, I enjoyed being able to drive a different model than my own car. I also liked that they sent the inspection report to me over text so it was readily available
