Ill pay for fluid and filter. but im not paying the labor for you to get inside transmission and change the part. do your job and fix vehicles that are brought to you. dont tell me i need a battery when the radio glitches while im driving also vehicle runs off of an alternater while on battery is designed to start and hold memory Im not some yuppie from the bay i know exactly what you need to do and how parts work

Worst customer service ever!! Make an appointment to get your truck looked at, leave it for 2 days for no one to look at it. No one looked at it because the person you made an appointment with was out on vacation. Seriously!!! What was the point of an appointment and is there no one else that is capable of looking good at it?! We were told an appointment is no guarantee your vehicle will be looked at. 馃槨

Once the service personnel who answered my call finished discussing something else with another person, not me, I obtained the information I sought. GCS would charge me almost $200.00 to tell me I would have to pay them a lot more money to fix a problem that I already knew of. I need new brakes. But I have to pay to diagnose my vehicle first to tell me I need new brakes. Great work if you can get it I guess!?!

Today is 7 days that my truck has been in the shop for a shifting modulator. My warrenty is the only thing keeping it there. I've had a motor change out done in a week. Kind of rediulous if you ask me. Besides that, the service department has been great.
