Visalia Ford Service

The car sales men intentionally mislead consumers so as to get paid behind closed doors for running credit through out the year. It's not visalia Ford service, however in Our consumer opinion it's "Visalia Fraud Service ". Banks do Not loan their Money , nor do they loan other peoples money. That would be the ponzi scheme. So who's money are they loaning for a Car?

Always come in to get disappointed. Ashley in the front of the service department is useless. Tried having me reschedule my appointment for my vehicle 4 times because the technician is going to be sick on every day my vehicle needs repair. This often happens a lot. Ashley will try to reschedule certain people behind others so her friends can get their car worked on first. This place is just so unprofessional. I wanted to buy insurance on my vehicle however Ashley said the insurance lady quit so we won’t be able to purchase any extending warranty on my vehicle. Then we went to see the dealer and he said it was no problem. Just another example of Ashley often misinforming customers. I purchased road hazard coverage for my vehicle and specifically asked what it covers and was told the problem I came in for will be covered. I came in and was sold a lie. They don’t pro rate anything. It’s a shame this place has business with the lack of professionalism in this department.

Took my truck in for oil change tire rotation and fuel filters. First the good. Appt was really made. Quickly waited on me when I showed up on time for my appt. No waiting to get in. I was able to wait and they estimated 2 hours and we're within 15 min of that estimate. Was able to pay with my phone. A very easy transaction overall. Why only 3 stars They wouldn't show me my old fuel filters and couldn't tell me how much water or contaminants were in the filter. They drained over 20 gallons of fuel to replace the filter. Didn't set the air pressure when rotating the tires and all Ford trucks run lower front than rear air pressure. Truck has grease/oil on the steering wheel and door sills when I got in and I had to clean it up. Provided me a review after they inspected my truck and says they found a fuel and oil leak and diagnosis would 175 each. I asked if they could put the truck on the lift to show me the leaks and they wouldn't saying I had to reschedule. When I crawled under the truck could not find either of these leaks and now 3 weeks after the drive still no sign of the leaks. Over all it was just an OK experience compared to the 5 other dealers I have been to on this trip. It just felt like they were trying to scam me with the leaks thing and just lazy they didn't adjust the tire pressure after the rotation but ok maybe an honest mistake since they didn't have tire pressure up on the dash. Then I get a call the next day to see if I want to sell them my truck and buy a new one from them. Nobody was mean and I understand they have a job to do but the transaction felt like something was off and I am now concerned there may be other issues with the work they did and I have a 10k mile trip still ahead of me. Wish me luck as we might need it until we have to get another oil change. And make my drain plug is not stripped or something similar. Parking on the lot was easy, they offered coffee while waiting but no doughnuts and the cost was 2 times what I paid in Washington for same services.
