Hello guys, I do not recommend taking your car to this place, especially if Juan Ramirez helps you. Terrible place to get a smog test done. Usually they will tell you that it has a fault and they will want to put you in a DMV program to take advantage of it. My truck did not pass the smog test, he did not tell me what it really had when he knew perfectly well what the fault was. I took it to my mechanic and it was a hose adjustment, that simple. I took it to another place obviously more professional and as if nothing happened it passed the test. Please read the reviews when you go to take your cars to a place to get tested, but definitely do not go to this place please.

Was told to come in at 830. Put it in my calendar as 830-930. Got there at 9 and was told I was supposed to been there at 8 and had already filled my spot with another car. 🤨 Still took me In tho only to call and tell me he couldn't figure it out and that my car had been in a wreck and because it had been he didn't Wana keep working on mine and trying to figure it out? So just not gonna help me because it has been in an accident and there were wires messed up from it. Isn't that what you do? Thought this was a mechanic. Name says auto clinic? So instead decided to tell me to go ahead and take it somewhere else they didn't Wana do the work. Not a problem! Thanx for the help! But I will say, other than that, they were very nice people very polite. Just didn't Wana help fix my car.

I been going here for years to get my vehicle smog! Ever time I have had a great experience. Not only was I told estimated cost but the step I would have to do if it failed. My recent vist was a smog check and an A/C recharge. I thought it was going to be an expensive fix due too it blowing hot air. Turned out to be out of freon. Any another place could have taken advantage of me and said I needed to replace things. But nothing but integrity here. This why I will not go anywhere else.

Accidentally Went to this Smog instead of the One a few stores down, Owner ONLY cares about money and is not helpful at all. Save yourself the trouble and go a couple stores down to TriMark or any other Smog. A lot more reasonably priced and better customer service. Guaranteed a lot faster too, told me 20-25 minutes after my 2nd time returning took about an hour instead. These Guys Don’t Offer discounts at all, even if you’re a returning customer which almost any other Smog Check WILL do for you. Payed $70+ for my first time and $80+ for the second when I passed and could’ve gone anywhere else and gotten it for half of what I ended up paying Overall.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, that's not an option. We were charged $200, and the state was billed $800, but the issue was never fixed. Despite this, they still charged us that amount. Additionally, they tried to charge us another $600 to "fix" a problem that should have been addressed initially. After consulting with another auto shop, we were informed of a simple, affordable fix that we could do ourselves.

Dropped my car on Monday, they were going to fix catalytic converters they said parts didn’t come in until late on Thursday night, they said they were going to start on the car today Friday .. car not ready because they couldn’t take out the bolts from car …The main guy is rude and I feel they are taking advantage of me because I’m a woman… now the car not ready until who knows when … the guy in charge is rude and hangs up when customers still talking to him
