I Dropped Off my Avalanche.. "My Chariot" after some Fool Sideswiped it over Night.. I was Worried that it wasn't going to come back the same... Paint Fuzzy.. not Matching.. STREAKS..! But David Nhim calmed me down and told me He would treat it like his Own..! And THAT'S what made me Feel Better and when I picked it up Today it was like it was on the Showroom when I picked it up almost 5 years ago..! David told me his Co-Workers went above & Beyond.. and they Totally did.. they Fixed things that I told them to "Never Mind..I'll get to it later" and I was Blown Away when they fixed them without asking..!! He gave me a Breakdown of Everything. Made sure I was Happy..and let me know the Parts are Warrantied for a Year and the Paint for LIFE..!! Tell your Insurance You want Caliber Collision to handle your Body Repairs..!

Exceptional service! Unfortunately, I had someone side swipe me, and my rear passenger door and bumper was dented and scrapped. I took my car to Caliber Collision because my fiancé had taken his car here after getting rear ended about 5 years ago, and he trusted them and liked how quickly they serviced his vehicle and repaired it. Javier was the gentleman I worked with and he was very friendly and thorough on explaining everything that would be done to my car. The repairs took a week to complete. Once I got my car back, I was so thrilled! It didn't even look like I was ever hit, looked brand new again. They guaranteed their work, which gave me another sense of relief, and I left one very happy customer. Thank you so much!

I highly recommend Caliber and Tony! I was hit at a stop light on a Friday. I took my car in the next Tuesday and it was ready on Friday, 2.5 weeks before the estimated date. I was very pleased with them and Tony! They kept me up to date and took care of my car. She looked fantastic when I got her back!

Martin did a great job keeping me updated on the status of my truck. My truck was originally expected to be done 9/6 and I let him know I was supposed to move in to a new place 8/30 and I desperately needed my truck by then. I had my truck back 8/29. I hope I never have to come back (I was rear ended at a red light by someone on their phone), but if I ever need body work done, I know exactly where I’m going. Thanks guys.

Great service, during the repair multiple updates were given to me. Tony helped me a lot during the process and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction before handing me the keys. This is my second time dealing with this company and I would surely use it a third.

Absolutely Amazing service at Caliber Collision, in Visalia on E. Mineral King. From the moment I walked in two friendly front desk receptionist Melissa and Francine to be exact are very welcoming and professional. The building is very clean and they even have water,coffee and snacks to enjoy while you wait. My service advisor was beyond amazing Christina kept me up to date with calls and txt in my vehicle and The staff behind the scenes did a great job with my vehicle couldn't even tell it was damaged at some point. Definitely recommend Caliber Collision!

I love this place!!! It has the ambiance of a hotel when you get there....Relaxing, that is. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and accompanying. Free snacks and drinks....a big plus and David was awesome. He was great at letting me know what was going on every step of the way. I knew that I had left my car in good hands. I was able to pick my car up earlier than expected and the work they did was excellent. My car looked the way it did when I first purchased it!!! If I have to do anymore repairs in the future, they will FOREVER be my shop to go to. They went above and beyond.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I was kept aware of the repair process the whole time. The customer service was amazing and the employees were knowledgeable and nice. I have never experienced service like this for car repair in Visalia. Thank you!
