The work done on my vehicle was the worst l ever have experienced. It still needs other work. Do not go to this place of business. They had the vehicle for almost 4 months and when it was given back, it still needs to be worked on again.

Whole experience was excellent. Josh got me in right away for an estimate. He did all the work with insurance representatives, which was helpful. He explained everything well. Most importantly, my car looks great. Highly recommend.

The whole process from the estimate to completion was really smooth. Josh did a wonderful job of explaining things to me. He guided me on which angles to take photos of my car for insurance purposes (the app wasn't working so I didn't know what my insurance would need). He even made arranging a rental really convenient. My car looks great and I'm glad my mechanic recommended Pleasant Hill Auto Body. They will definitely be my go-to from now on.

Excellent customer service. Josh at Pleasant Hill Auto Body not only took care of my repairs but also helped out with my rental car details. I don't want another accident to happen, but if there is one, Pleasant Hill Auto Body will be seeing me again.
