I recently purchased a used vehicle from Deery Brothers and I'm not sure how to feel about it. Going in I I told Keith, my salesperson, that I'd never bought from a dealership before, that I needed something reliable because I'm over 200 miles away from my dad and I can't afford to fix it if it breaks down. They gave me 15 day tags, the ABS modules going out, it needs a new battery, my tags were up a couple days ago and I still haven't received my title. I bought it as is, no warranty and it didn't even come with a gas cap. EDIT: 04/11/2023 I received my title and another temp tag, which I needed and appreciate. I love my Blazer, I'm pleased with my purchase even though the ABS on my front breaks sounds horrible and will cost more than I can afford to fix it. I was worried that it was going to be a lemon, I thought they weren't listening when I told them I didn't have anyone that could work on it and my dad's 2 hours away. So it's a reliable vehicle, everyone at Deery was very friendly, called me back promptly, answered my questions and the whole experience was a positive one.

Megan Moody is the best customer service oriented individual I’ve ever met. My car got hit by an Iowan trash panda who was looking to brawl, and I took him out with my car. After the standoff ended I took it to Deery collision center and she got it all taken care of for me with no hassle.
