If I could give more stars i would. I brought my car there for collision repair and to make a long story short I had to leave it there for a while. I had to come up with money for a larger deductible. Heath was such an easy adjuster to work with, very easy to communicate with. I was never left hanging or guessing what was happening to my car. All the staff are fantastic but I have to give a special shout out to Michelle who went above and beyond to help me out and reassure me that I could take my time to get the money to them. She really helped me during a hard time. Definitely recommend them! Will be bringing my car to them for any needed collision repairs. They all deserve raises!

I've never had to work with a collision repair company before and Gerber made the entire process as easy as could be for both me and my insurance company. They were also very flexible with my schedule. I would highly recommend them for any body repairs you need and personally don't think I'd even try anyone else next time bodywork is needed.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Great customer service, Heath was excellent and didn't give me my car back until the job was done 100% to his satisfaction. He was very communicative and clear with pricing and updates. Pricing was good and every effort was made to find parts that were well priced AND of good quality. One part that was sent was replaced as Heath wasn't happy with the quality; he discussed this with me before making changes. Time frame was also very reasonable, given the amount of work required. I will use Gerber if the dealership warranty doesn't cover some minor repairs needed on my wife's car !

Commonly do not leave reviews. But this is just ridiculous. I got into a car accident and took my car here for repairs. My car had zero issues prior to my accident, and now my check engine light and a bunch of other issues have occurred after them “fixing” It. Including my A/c No longer works and my car overheats when it’s sitting while running for longer than five minutes. My car was basically brand new with 45,000 miles on it. It should not have any of these issues, especially when it did not have them prior. They claim that they.” Restore the vehicle to pre-accident condition” When in fact, that is a lie, and when you try to get them to make it right, they claim that they did not cause the issues that it’s having. But my car had zero issues prior to going there, even after the accident my air conditioning and everything still worked, and it did not overheat. 10 out of 10 don’t recommend.

Amanda was super transparent throughout the entire process, made it easy to work with the rental car company, and kept me updated while my vehicle was being worked on. Gerber Collision was super quick and did a top-notch job with my vehicle.
