I went there today to get a recall taken care of. Although I was directed to another advisor, Corrine (I don't think I spelled her name correctly) jumped in to keep me from waiting. She addressed the issue at hand and an issue that had previously been addressed but not taken care of. My car was in for the predicted amount of time. I received my paperwork but noted that the window stickers had not been put on. I'm not sure what happened but when I get a chance I will stop by. Update: Corine was super helpful when I went back to get the anti theft logic decals. Update 6/7 I returned to Garvey for an appointment to fix a recall. A gentleman started to help me when Corine noticed me and put a call on hold. She explained that although they had the part when the appointment was made, they no longer had it and was very apologetic. She stated she had a part ordered in my name so it wouldn't be used elsewhere. She said she would call when it was in and apologized again. I didn't drive my car into the service entrance which concerned the first gentleman. It seems I didn't have to as I didn't have an appointment after all. Corine called and was very proactive in getting me a new appointment anticipating the arrival of the part and asked that we communicate to ensure the part was in before driving down. That made me feel cared. Good job Corine. 6/18 I arrived to get the recall taken care of. Corine greeted me by name. I explained a time constraint I had. Corine wrote the order up to meet my needs after checking on the service department schedule. I was out very quickly and was able to make an appointment that had been unexpectedly scheduled the night before. Garvey should be happy that Corine can accommodate the dealership and customer needs.

I bought a pre owned non Hyundai vehicle from Garvey approximately a year ago. In that time I drove it around 700 miles and then started experiencing some issues with the battery. I took the car to a local reputable shop for a new battery, because the extended warranty I was sold clearly doesn't cover "normal wear and tear" items. Despite the brand new battery my car was still draining it even when it wasn't running. At the time of the sale we were assured that the warranty we were purchasing would cover everything outside those normal items and that the service department would have no problem at all servicing our vehicle despite it not being a Hyundai brand. Well it turns out that was not true. I called the service department and spoke with a very nice man and setup a time to drop my vehicle off a couple days before they could actually take a look at it. All that was fine and agreeable, and he reiterated that if it was an issue that was covered they would honor the warranty. Well come the late afternoon of the day they were supposed to assess the situation I had to call them to find out what was going on. This is where it gets fun. The young man told me that they could not determine if the car was drawing more than it should because they don't know what that brand of car should be drawing since it's not a Hyundai. The suggestions were to pay them $612.70 for a new battery installed not knowing if that would rectify the problem or not. Or to take it to an Infiniti dealer as that is the brand of the vehicle. The closest one being an hour away. But what I really love about the situation is having to pay them $159 plus tax to find out exactly what I told them when I dropped it off and then have the option to take it to a different dealership. Yes, you read that correctly, I had to pay them $170.13 (including tax) for them to tell me that the battery was dead and they didn't know why. Or if a $600 dollar battery would even solve the problem. Then I was told that the sales department shouldn't have told me that their Hyundai service department could service my vehicle. If that is true, then I suppose there is some blame to share between sales and service. Either way, I honestly wouldn't recommend Garvey at all to anyone after this and I know they have tons of people in the area that love them and they are highly reviewed, but I will never go back, nor recommend them to anyone.

I had the most awful experience. I called to let them know my check engine light was flashing. They said they were busy but to bring it in. They had my car for days. Could not offer me a loaner car. It is my only mode of transportation to get to work. I purchased my car through Garvey but can not get it serviced. I understand busy but it is not ok to keep someone's car for days and not look at it. So I took my vehicle back with the check engine light still on. Ridiculous. I am so upset about this. I work 35 minutes away. I missed 3 days of work. 5 service people sitting in office. Apparently they look at 3 cars per day. Seriously terrible customer service and putting people in danger

Leased my 2022 Kia Seltos from Garvey Kia. I had the best salesman Claude Middleton who was very accommodating, considerate, respectful, and timely! I had a very difficult time finding another Kia to lease and it had been months. Claude found me the exact vehicle that I was interested in within days and things came together quickly. I would recommend Garvey Kia to anyone who needs a vehicle. The staff are also kind, efficient, and friendly. All in all Claude made a nightmare of a process a breath of fresh air. A process that many people dread does not have to be this way and should be what I experienced due to Claude’s fabulous service.
