I’m very leery of shops due to being ripped off in the past but I do not regret taking my truck to Freedom Automotive. It was by far the best no BS experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. The mechanics were easy to talk to and they are very knowledgeable. They took the time to go over their very thorough inspection of my truck and talk to me about the different options. The repairs I requested were done very quickly and everything was as expected. I really appreciate the fact that they didn’t try to talk me into a bunch of repairs that I didn’t need. I would not hesitate to take a my vehicles to them in the future. ( Not the truck pictured because it isn’t mine but it’s much cooler to post a picture of.)

From beginning phone call to dropping off the vehicle...these guys gave me a rough est of what they would do...then I go text messages of everything they checked with pix...so we went forward with the repair which is exactly what I knew needed done....! They made some suggestions of future needs but thorough inspection of other things and suggestions..bid came in lower than I had budgeted for so that was awesome.!...I have A 2014 Toyota FJ cruiser with 316000 k miles that a lot of shops won't touch....she runs and looks like she is brand new and the guys at freedom got it done ...Thank you ! Definitely recommend...! 👍🏻

Freedom Automotive Inc. is a great place. The owner, Eli, and his staff are very professional, kind and courteous. They do great work at reasonable prices. I will always take my vehicle there.

First time having work done at Freedom and I am gladly giving them a 5 ⭐ scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment. Dropped it off the evening before. Communication and customer service were both top notch.

Freedom did an excellent job taking care of my issue with my Lexus brakes. I was told by someone else that only a Lexus dealer could fix my issue and it would be very expensive, so a friend recommended Freedom and they fixed it perfectly at a fair price. I would not hesitate to go to them again.

We received top notch service at Freedom automotive! They provide text updates, and take photos of whatever may be a concern. Very detailed oriented, and exceptional customer service. They were quick to get us our van back which was a huge relief! We highly recommend them and we will be back! Thanks again Freedom Automotive!
