HORRIBLE ROADSIDE SERVICE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS I called their roadside service to fix an issue with my truck’s airline. Instead of solving the problem, their technician made things worse by damaging my coolant line. What should have been a simple fix turned into a nightmare. I ended up waiting 3 days for the part to come in, all while paying for my driver’s layover and hotel expenses. On top of that, I lost 3 days of work and had to cover lease payments for a truck that wasn’t operational. The business owner, Paul, is no better—he just spins lies to cover for the incompetence of his team. If you ever break down, do yourself a favor: avoid this service at all costs. Tow your truck to another shop, no matter how far it is. You’ll save yourself time, money, and frustration by staying far away from this place.

Broke down in Jeffersonville. Had a top turbo seize up on my truck. Fox towing is located in a land of no private shops or towing. The TA is the only gig in town really, and we all know how that usually turns out. The guys at Fox towing were knowledgeable, fair and friendly. They repeatedly went out of there way to help me out of my situation. They towed and repaired my truck. Every step of they way they communicated with me and made sure the job was done right. 10 outa 10 do recommend Fox towing. Wouldn't hesitate to stop and have a repair done tomorrow. 👍👍
