Hit something that fell out of a pickup on US35 in our car. Tire was losing pressure. Stopped here, young man couldn't fix it but directed me to a place close by who could. Hate I didn't get his name, was 11/21 about 1:30pm. Even marked the tire for the leak

I do not recommend this service to drivers. I was told to wait 45 minutes, I waited 7 hours. There were three mechanics, one of whom pretended to be working, the other two were just sitting in the office and chatting. They work very slowly and not professionally.

Nate, Austin, and Donald are awesome! They changed out my broken air line in a timely manner. Customer service and work was 5 stars! Thanks guys!

Terrible experience at their shop. Went in for oil change gave them my information, I was told it would be about two hours wait. 5 hours later they gave the excuse that a tire truck showed up and was using the oil change bay to offload. I went to find out how much longer there were no trucks in bay, but was told I would get a call when they were ready for me. Needless to say it was still another two hours before they got to my truck. The shop personnel do not care at all the status of truck drivers needing to be moving.

It was frustrating to see numerous drivers, who arrived after me, receive attention before I did. With more mechanics available to handle the workload, the waiting times could be reduced, allowing for a more efficient service.
