I've never been a fan of under-promise / over-deliver. I've always been a fan of getting what you asked for the agreed price. This is a no bull experience. I explained the issue with my truck, they quoted the parts and labor and they stuck to their number. We agreed on a day and it was done that day. The bonus was meeting this great group of men who all do business the very old fashioned way...the right way. Customer for life.

HP Automotive was able to accommodate my service appointment and fix my son's vehicle in a efficient and timely manner. They were able to provide an estimate quickly and fix it the following day. Gene, the owner, was able to explain the issues and address them. Professional and friendly customer service. I will bring my vehicle back for future services.

I am new to the area and I've used him a couple of times to repair my vehicles. I have had great customer service. The vehicles were repaired properly. Pricing is reasonable and they're very good people to work with I recommend HP automotive

Gene Powers, at HP Automotive is "the" guy you want working on your vehicle. Front desk young lady is more knowledgable than most dealership personel. Techs are top notch and pay attention to detail. Highly Recommend

Referred to HP for work on son’s car. Customer service was excellent and work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. Definitely would recommend HP to others in the future. Previous service was performed August 2024. An unrelated issue arose March 2025. Once again HP was contacted and got son’s car in promptly. Diagnosed problem and provided a fair estimate. Work was completed the same day. Another wonderful experience with HP. Would recommend to anyone.

I was heading down to Memphis Tennessee from Cleveland Ohio when I heard a scraping under the front of my car. I pulled off of I-71 to investigate and found that the splash shield had partially detached. After my moment of panic, thinking that I wouldn't get out of southern Ohio, let alone to Memphis before the end of the day, I called the closest repair shop available. Unfortunately they were too booked up to take me in, but they did recommend HP Automotive. I called them and was told to come in. Almost immediately after arriving they had my car up on the lift and fixed the splash shield within 15 minutes. I was amazed and so grateful for their service. Simply amazing work and amazing people. I'm happy to report that I made the rest of the trip to Memphis and back to Cleveland without a single car problem. Thank you all SO much!
