I remember my first exposure to the owner of this place. It happened by me first calling him to ask him an opinion about something mechanical. I mentioned another mechanic pretty much immediately into the conversation, and let's just say that he didn't have anything pleasant to say about that mechanic. He used profanity to describe his disdain for the other mechanic. I should have pretty much forgotten about this man after that first interaction. Sometime down the line after that first conversation, I called them to ask him about a major issue that I have with my vehicle. At that point he was quite communicative, and gave his professional opinion over the phone about my predicament. We talked about bringing my vehicle over and basically set an appointment, I guess. Things in life began to happen that led to me not being able to take my vehicle to him. I thought nothing of it, and I kept moving forward dealing with other things that basically took precedence. I went to him earlier today October 4th 2024. I spontaneously stopped at his shop and I walked in and introduced myself. The first words out of his mouth were, you're the one that missed your appointment. That's how he remembered me. I told him hey things happen and I have sicknesses in my family that I tended to. He kept going on and on about missing the appointment, setting aside time for his mechanics to aid with the appointment that I missed, and apparently referencing having lost time and money from me not making an appointment. That's all he remembered, and that's all he focused on. Instead of letting it go, and focusing on that moment, me walking in his shop, he preferred instead to have attitude. Basically giving up money, the potential of making money, and doing good business during one of the worst economic times as a result of this fake administration that we have in Washington. This guy must be making great money. He has a really bad attitude, and an unfortunate chip on his shoulder. I walked out. I would never give my business to a person like this ever. Zero class. Don't ever get on his bad side, because like a woman scorned, he'll remind you of it for the rest of your life. Thankfully this place WILL NEVER see a dime of my money.

I have worked with Scott and Forest automotive for almost 30 years. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable and provides mechanical service at a fair price. He is also friendly and kind and has offered me good advice About the care of my cars through the years. For an example, my daughter, who lives in Colorado, was in a bad car accident. I asked Scott for advice, and he helped my daughter through the car insurance questions about having a car totaled. I highly recommend Forest Automotive for reliable, fair, priced auto service
