However, after placing the order, I was informed that the costs had risen to $300. I would never have agreed to this purchase if I had known that the shipping would be twice as expensive. Additionally, their website displays a large advertisement offering a 20% discount on orders over $100, but it turned out this applies only to domestic orders, which was not mentioned beforehand. I reached out to them to resolve the situation, only to be met with complete indifference. The seller simply stated that “only the US dollar matters to them” and showed no concern for the loss I incurred due to currency conversion. They don’t see a problem with misleading customers, leaving me with a loss of over 60$. This experience was not only financially damaging but also demonstrated a complete lack of respect from the company.
