My car manufacturer (Kia) recommends oil changes every 7,500 miles but the personnel at this location say that they don’t have any oil which lasts that long. I ended up buying a Penzoil platinum full synthetic 5-30. Penzoil says this lasts 15,000 miles or a year. Jiffy lube says it lasts 4,000 miles. Now I wonder if they are telling the truth about what product they put in my car. This shouldn’t be so hard- I just want to follow Kias recommended maintenance intervals and my oil change shop should support that.

Completely disappointed in the service I received. Came in for an oil change, got the antifreeze topped off. Left with my car smoking like a chimney & my antifreeze reservoir broke! The manager did not verbally tell me the reservoir was broke but say he wrote it on the receipt. I strongly believe they broke it because my car never smoked and I’m for sure it’s been antifreeze in there!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a couple of weeks later I noticed something hanging from the bottom of my car. I looked underneath it to find a ripped panel so not thinking that it was related to the oil change I took it to the dealership only to find out that it WAS because the panel wasn’t secured properly when the oil change was done. I immediately reached out to Jiffy Lube and they won’t take any accountability because they said that I should’ve taken it to them instead of the dealership. If I had known that it was related to the oil change, I would’ve done just that. They didn’t even know how to reset the oil light. I recommend no one gets their car serviced there and they definitely lost me as a customer.
