The only problem with Floras Auto, is that they are 4 hours away from me. -- Excellent experience overall. Friendly staff, knowledgable and quick, and willing to negotiate if you're buying multiple items. A+. Would buy from again... even if it meant driving 4 hours again. 10/10.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with this company in every aspect. After the product was purchased, the listing and photos were unavailable and could not be viewed again. The title for the part name and photos were inaccurate. The partial email correspondence I received states: “Our software auto generates these part names so there is nothing we can do to make the listing any more clearer unfortunately.” Shipping was also unsatisfactory as the tracking number was unverified by the carrier, and the item arrived 6 days later than anticipated. The after-sale customer service was very much sub-par. There was no agreement made between parties, and therefore, no resolution.

Drove 2 and 1/2 hours down to look at a car and the photographs were very deceiving the damage was much worse than described looked at another car the Cadillac that said it was ready to go and repaired but I found out when testing the windshield wipers that they never reinstalled the reservoir for the windshield wiper fluid and the hoses were hanging out that doesn't sound like ready to go to me also none of the little bags that hold all the plastic under the hood together were in their place in pieces were falling apart. Didn't buy because I figured if they couldn't even put the reservoir back for the windshield wipers what other stuff did they miss

We are reviewing this place for our nephew so no one else has to deal with this company! My nephew bought a “strong running engine” from this place through EBay and we installed this engine within three weeks due to ordering and replacing parts that were broken on engine when we received it. After install the engine knocked and ran very poor. We documented it and contacted this company. They not only said it was past there warranty date and lied about it,they also said they didn’t care and said they would only refund half the money if we wanted it, Ebay backed this company and we are disgusted with the fact that they allow companies to get out of warranty’s and lie to their customers. We will be taking it up with consumer affairs and the B.A.R. Till we get refunded the parts,engine and labor that it costed my nephew. Please do not buy anything here unless you want to be stolen from. eBay should be just as liable as this place.
