First impressions matter. I just moved to Indiana. Needed significant suspension and brake work done on a car gifted to me, so I chose this place, as I heard it was one of the best in my area. Upon arrival, I experienced otherwise. The receptionist was incredibly rude! They seemed hesitant to do work on my car- the receptionist even suggested just getting rid of it (it's an '08 Subaru Outback with 144k miles). In addition, we wanted to stay with the vehicle because I don't own another car/transportation services like Uber are not available- even that was a problem with them. If it weren't for her bad attitude and bad customer service I would have been glad to spend my money and time here, but I chose ✨Benny's Auto Repair✨ in Garrett, IN instead. They accommodated my husband and I; the staff were kind, and they even generously performed almost twice the work with just about half the cost (which wasn't a worry in the first place). First Class Auto, overall, was an unpleasant experience in my book.

I gotta say. This is the first time I’ve ever brought my car to a shop to get fixed due to being afraid of getting screwed over or told random stuff is wrong. But First Class Auto definitely gives you the first class service and work!

I would definitely recommend going to First Class Auto Repair! They know what customer service is all about! Car issues happen when you least expect it, and these folks get that. Their number one concern is your safety! They look out for you like you're family. It's so wonderful to have a business like this in our small town.

Staff was super friendly and considerate. Got my car in on the day I called to diagnose the problem and repaired within 2 days. Reasonable pricing and honest dealings. Highly recommend.
