I visited the Firestone in San Diego on Midway drive last month to have a new car inspection done on a car I was interested in purchasing. All the personnel that I interacted with at this location were professional and friendly however Lawrence was especially helpful in explaining what would be checked as well as the test results. He just seemed very focused on providing good service to Firestone customers. His amazing customer service is why I will be returning specifically to this location.

My engine started sputtering less than 24 hours before I was due to leave for a road trip. I took it over to these Firestone guys, and they were able to see it immediately. After running a thorough diagnostic, they determined it was due to a malfunctioning air flow sensor. Fortunately they were able to get the replacement part, and reinstall quickly. All totaled, the whole detour only took me about 4 or 5 hours. What a relief! My road trip was saved, thanks to these awesome fellas. Thanks so much!

The staff is courteous and professional. They keep you informed of how things are progressing with fixing or maintaining your vehicles. Above all, the staff is very knowledgeable about how to fix car problems and will give you a list of what needs to be done immediately, as well as suggestions of whether you want to take care of potential upcoming issues, such as letting you know that you are soon due for an oil change or whether you want to wait to get a new battery now or later because the warrantee will soon expire. The service is fast, reliable, and professional.

I visited the firestone in San Diego in Midway drive couple weeks ago to fixed my flat tire! All the employees gave an excellent service! However one especially Eloy who helped and fix my flat tire! Also provide me with tips and tricks and explained to me everything I needed to know about my tires with excellent explanation. The service was quick, reliable , and professional. EDIT: Firestone forgot to reset my Steering Angle Sensor during the alignment so I got my car back with traction control system disabled. They didn’t check this or tell me about it when they gave me my car. I drove around for an hour hoping it would reset on its own. I called and they didn’t seem like they cared. They told me to come back AGAIN and it will take 1+ hour. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Original: I had an appointment for 2pm on 01/14/25 for an alignment. They told me it would be complete by 4:15. After hearing nothing from them I called them at 5:15 they told me they hadn’t started yet. The service writer insisted I must get here by 5:45pm to because he didn’t want to have to wait on me or stay late. He assured me it would be done at 5:45pm. I came at 5:45pm, they weren’t done. It’s now 6:19pm I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for 35 min they’re still not done. They were supposed to finish 2 hours ago. They’ve had my car for 4 hours, they took twice as long as they told me and they still aren’t finished. I will be taking my car somewhere else in the future
