Point Loma Jet Black Tint & Glass

My review is for the Point Loma location. DO NOT take your vehicle to their shop because these clowns will break your stuff and claim they’re not liable. I am dealing with the most pathetic service i’ve ever had on my vehicle. The broke my headrest and tried to force it back in and they left the broken plastic clips on the passenger seat. The manager Tyler was actually the guy who did my window tint and broke my headrest. He claims my headrest “spontaneously ejected” due to a manufacturer defect but when i dropped off my car it was in perfect condition until i go to pick it up. The lady at the front desk “Crystal” & the manager Tyler have been the utterly useless people in helping to resolve this because they know they’re at fault and they don’t want to fix it. They claim to have Footage of the shop during the service but are not willing to provide the footage. So i went ahead and contacted their Corporate support center just for them to continue displacing blame. They told me to bring my car in to redo the poor tint from their other location at Miramar. While the new tint they did for the passenger window is better, the removal of the rear window tint resulted the defroster lines disappearing partially. They did not tell me this could happen and started blaming Mercedes and Tesla for the quality. I learned my lesson the hard way, nothing cheap is without a reason! I will follow up with my dealership for this damage and see if they can fix it ... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO YOUR TINT AT A HIGHER PRICE WITHOUT THE HEADACHE AND ISSUES.
