A system overall vehicle inspection is only $10.00 with tires rotated and no obligation to proceed with the recommended repairs. Good honest people. Service dogs allowed. Small waiting area with a TV, and bathroom available.

I came in for them to fix my back tire. They did not fix it because I didn't want any of their extra services/recommendations. I just wanted my tired fixed is that too much ask for? It's very dangerous situation that my tire is losing air and they only want to get you to pay more for services they want to sell you.

I had a great experience at Firestone on a Sunday morning with low blood low pressure. Add a nail in the tire. All other tire stores were closed in the hammed. Area, but Firestone, they were overbooked backed up short-staffed. But they took care of me in a timely manner. They got me out of there in about an hour and a 1/2. And that was fantastic for that day.

I have been going to Firestone in Hemet for about 8 years. Paul is so good at customer service. He has never taken advantage of my lack of knowledge in car repairs. He is very friendly, easy to talk to and he explains everything very well.

We have always had a wonderful experience at Firestone! My wife and I both are treated with kindness and fairness. The customer service is top notch and Sean always makes sure everything is done correctly. The techs are knowledgeable and know what they are talking about. We have brought our cars here for years and will continue to do so in the future.

The staff was extremely helpful. They got my car in right away even though it was a last-minute before they close. They got a new tire for me and I would recommend them to anybody. I’ll be back.

I got there at 5pm as the guys were closing after I had just switched out my flat tire for the spare tire doughnut. They agreed to stay a little longer to put on a new tire because I had to drive all the way back to Oceanside with 5 adults and 2 children in the van. That was extremely considerate of them. And, we all got home safe last night! It's not just about the pricing, but it's also about the great service! This is the reason why people love Firestone!

I had a great experience at Firestone! The customer service was very friendly, and everything was handled efficiently. I really appreciated the transparency of being able to see my car being serviced through the window from the waiting area to the service area. They also provided images of the parts of my car that may need service next, which was very helpful. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely return!
