Discount Tire & Service Centers Hemet

Just took my daughters car in for 4 new tires and front brakes and it didn’t break the bank. I always trust taking our vehicles to this locations because the technicians do great work. We’ve never had any issues. It is also because Daniel is a great manager of the store. He’s knowledgeable, honest and friendly to all his clients. He makes sure our needs are always taken care of and is a pleasure to work with.

This my second set of tires this year for my Jaguar’s from Discount Tire in Hemet. Store Manger Daniel gave me very competitive prices. His team provided excellent service in terms mounting, balancing and alignment. I will return for services and highly recommend the Hemet location.

Came in today because I had a slow leak in one tire. The manager was very nice and fixed my tire at no charge. I couldn't believe it! I highly recommend this business and I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about them. Thank you so much! 👍👍👍

I want to start my review out by recognizing Daniel. I have to say that I have not had the experience that I’ve had here anywhere else. Daniel is such a honest and genuine person. He went over and beyond with the new set of tires that I had gotten for my BMW. The customer service here at discount tires is absolutely amazing. I will be referring people that I know to come here and I also will only be coming here for tires from now on. Thank you again Daniel, and also the discount tire service team.

I would like to commend Daniel Medina for his outstanding customer service skills. He effectively managed multiple complaints from potential customers regarding issues beyond his control, all while maintaining a positive demeanor. It is important to note that while he does not have authority over tire pricing, he diligently goes above and beyond to assist customers in any way possible. My decision to drive from Riverside to utilize the services of this shop was influenced primarily by my experience with Daniel. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility, as Daniel's exceptional service alone is a compelling reason to choose them. Additionally, the high quality of the mechanics' work further enhances the overall experience.

This place is saving grace! Was driving home from work with my 6 year old daughter and heard my tire leaking, at 5:58pm! Pulled up, they stayed open to help me with my tire, and on top of that, they didn't charge me to patch my tire! I work in Recovery and find it so very rare that there are still places that give this much grace to people! 100/10 recommend, will be coming here from now on to show my appreciation and gratitude! Thank you guys so much!

they were very busy when I got there, but they finished up a couple cars very fast & got me in within 15 minutes. great price on a set of KOMHO tires along with a wheel alignment. Beat all the others by $50.00with a great warranty.
