Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Although staff were super friendly and nice I feel like it was all an act to be able to upcharge you for everything I was told things would be one price but after reviewing my bill prices were increased ten dollars more on some things. Also didn't put my car back together after replacing my AC filter. My car also runs rougher than it did before getting their services. Will not be going back. I feel completely taken advantage of.

The staff was very respectful, pleasant and effectionacy. They educate you regarding your car and how things work and why certain things need to be change. I definitely recommend for quick oil changes.

Service was good, fast and the team was friendly, I was there for 10-15 minutes, I was advised on services my car will need in the near future and I liked how they didn’t forced me to perform those services right away since I was already having work done.

They charged me for a tire rotation and only did one side of my truck. The girl I spoke with was very rude on the phone and kept talking over me and wouldn't let me speak. She said she watched the video, and the tires were changed but the driver's side was not. When I bought the truck, the Ford dealer put an X on the rear tire, drivers' side, when I got home the X was still on the rear tire and hadn't been rotated. If they did it, the X would be on the front Left side and not the Left rear side. She lied to me, refused to let me speak, and had a real crappy attitude. Please note the Passenger side was changed, but they didn't do the driver's side. I feel like Valvoline screwed me out of my money.
