Really good service here in my experience. Had tires all changed out last year. Forgot to ask for military discount and the manager let me have a free oil change since the sale had gone through. Honored it even 6 months later for my next service. Recommend.

Went here to have all 4 tires of my car replaced, they gave me a huge price and insisted it was the best thing you could find anywhere. I checked at another place literally .4miles away and they were willing to do it all (installation included) for HALF the price of the tires ALONE here. So glad I checked down the road

Had new TPMS sensors installed at another shop, which is closed on Sundays. I could hear what sounded like a part from the old sensor rolling around in my tire, came in to see if they could take a look, knowing fully how the sensors mount inside the rim, it would be as simple as doing a flat repair, which I've done many times being that I use to work at this location back when it was Goodyear tire. Service writer tells me it's normal and that they roll around inside the tire, when I tell him no they don't and it's not normal to have something rolling around in my tire, clanking on the rim, he then tells me they broke the sensor with a attitude and says "your warning light it's on", I tell him it's not, then he says we'll were all booked up... when they have empty bays and not a single person working on any vehicles. Tells me I can leave it and they might be able to get to it by closing time. Worst customer service I have ever seen, and not to mention this same service writer came within inches of hitting my vehicle when I first parked before I talked to him.

Jeff got our car in on a Sunday afternoon. We were from out of town and many places could take advantage of that situation. They figured out the strange brake fluid leak and kept the repairs as minimal as possible. Great work and very reliable and honest! Thankyou Jeff and the mechanics. God bless!

First alignment there they set the toe off and ate my bran new tires. Replaced tires at discount down the street and came back with another chance to make it right, they tried to sell me inner tie rods and started back pedaling when i asked why as i just replaced them a year ago and they were pretty much brand new with no play. Got told they couldn’t do anything for me any more. Drove my truck to an alignment plus shop in San Marcos who confirmed them to be fine and set everything up properly. 15 years as a tech and currently running a smog shop. I’m fully ase certified and pretty shocked at this quality especially from a corporate store with hourly techs. Now I’m out the money for a bad alignment and 2 tires
