Drove in from out of town and had an emergency--no headlight on the driver's side. The Mercedes dealership told me they were too busy and to call All German. I did, and the problem was fixed within ten minutes of my arrival at the shop. Hands down the most awesome service experience of all time! When I move back to San Diego, All German Auto will be my permanent repair shop.

Was in a pinch and needed emergency battery service. The team was very honest from the beginning, not only about the battery I needed, but also upfront with pricing and time which is very valuable. They ended up fixing my issue in under 30min. without an appointment. That’s how you turn a 1st time customer into a long-time customer! Great work everyone! And thank you.

Brennan was especially good at taking time to ask questions, hear me out, and explain what they found. They were also respectful to fact I have had 2 college classes for Auto engine and body work. Sean did a good job to show me the areas and parts in the engine that were leaking, breaking, etc. I explained my theory had to do with shifting in low gears and it turned out to be right. They didn’t try to sell me on doing more work than necessary. It’s a cute, VW Beetle so we’d like to keep it going for some years to come and we feel much better about that now.

I arrived on time for my oil change & lube appointment and my car was ready in a half hour. I was surprised at how quickly & efficiently they performed my service. They even put a reminder sticker on my windshield. Excellent service!
