I recently had my rims painted here and I have to say, the customer service was beyond exceptional--truly the best I've ever experienced. Jr., who handled my job, was nothing short of amazing. From the start, Jr. was incredibly professional. He sent me pictures of previous cars he had worked on, which gave me confidence in his skills. He answered all my questions in detail and walked me through the entire process. What really stood out was his attention to detail and communication. Jr. even called me to offer an earlier opening, which was a pleasant surprise. Throughout the process, Jr. kept me updated, sending me pictures that made me feel involved and assured. The turnaround time was faster than any other shop I've dealt with, and the pricing was very reasonable considering the high level of service. To top it all off, Jr. went above and beyond by delivering the car back to me, himself. I would recommend Jr. and this shop to anyone without hesitation. I can't say enough about my experience here. I was across the street washing my car and saw north county autobody and stopped in to see about painting just my hood. I had zero clear coat and my car just looked rough. I met Junior and he was so nice and welcoming. He came and looked at it and gave me a quote. It was more than reasonable. I have never painted a car before so didn't know what to expect. He kept in contact everyday to let me know how it was going. They were done a day early and holy smokes!!! It was amazing!! Truelly beautiful!! Now, I am going to have to do the whole suv because I just love looking at it now. 😍 I read some reviews too and I have to say, anyone that wasn't happy with this business has got to be wrong. Because, my experience was so wonderful! I understand my review is pretty excited sounding...that's how impressed I am..🙌🙏 pics don't really do justice...the pearl in it is so cool!

Hi! My partner and I have been trying to get a hold of anyone to be able to get an update on when the white challenger will be done and have not had any success. The car has been there since march, it is now 6 months later and still no update. We have tried reaching out plenty of times and have even gone to the shop but still haven’t had a definite answer. I see that your reviews here talk about the communication, but we struggle to get a hold of anyone or get an update on why it has taken 6 months for our car to get fixed and returned to us. I understand delays, but please communicate them instead of having us text, call, and even show up to the shop when we get no response for months. We hope to expect a call from you guys after reading this, thank you.

My Toyota Tacoma was rear ended and this shop comes highly recommended from their neighbor North County Automotive. Took their recommendation and went to North County Autobody to see Jose about getting my truck fixed. He gave me an initial quote for work and advised he would know more once he took the truck apart to look for additional damage. Easy to work with him and communicate the work needed to my insurance. Also had a few dings unrelated to the accident that he patched up for me. He did a great job of keeping informed of the status of the work and when I could get it. Even ended up finishing earlier then he expected so I got it picked up sooner. Did a great job on the work so I appreciate all that was done. Truck looks great!

Soo where do i start it’s been over a year now to be exact 1 year 2 months and 3 days since my car has been at this Autobody shop, I’ve been nothing but nice and calm and patient more patient then i should be with Jose(owner) and Jr(son) who have been my “point of contacts” if i could ever contact them. It’s a constant struggle to get a reply and if i do it’s a “yea sorry i couldn’t answer your call ill get and answer for you” and never get a call back or an update im tired of not having my car, im tired of not getting any updates i can longer reach Jr, i cannot get ahold of anyone at the office number, i rarely get an answer maybe a txt back if im lucky from Jose. I’m trying to get updates on my car, because when i call and get an answer they say the only part they’re waiting on is a passenger airbag from South Carolina that only ships out airbags every 2 weeks and that was about 2 months ago and haven’t had an update since what kind of customer service is this in a highly heavy customer service job the customer is supposed to be able to get in contact with the workers and get updates. I WANT MY CAR BACK like i said I’ve been patient and should not have waited this long to for my car to get repaired a call back would be appreciated if anything at least weakly updates not a BS txt saying I’ll get back to you but never do. Overall experience is terrible i don’t doubt the people are good people but the lack of communication is just despicable and unbearable and have put me in a tough position not only as a person but as a military member, now that i have moved to a different state due to new orders, its impossible to be able to go in person and look at the car and ask for updates, all in all i want my car back!!!!
