went into the store not even knowing what type of wiper blades to get for my car, Aaron seemed to be the only person paying attention to customers in the store. not only did he help me find the best quality for my price range, he also put them on for me. I don't live in Cali, but if I did, this would be the only store I would go to because of Aarons service. thanks man!

Top notch customer service! Robert is awesome and very professional. He helped me in replacing the windshield wiper and lightbulb of the headlamp. Thank you so much. I won't go anywhere else!

DON'T COUNT ON A REFUND FROM OCEANSIDE OREILLYS!!! First I went in the morning & they said they didn't have money to give me a refund. So I came back & the woman (Bella?) said she couldn't accept a digital receipt. Then she said I had to go back to the original Oreillys because "her" Oreillys doesn't help customers who go to another store (so they're not part of the national chain?!). Then she said there was no manager to give the refund & she was just a new worker - she WAS the manager!!! She's the most no class joke of a manager I've ever seen - there's so much bs falling out of her mouth her eyes are brown 😆 - AND she doesn't know anything about fixing cars!! She told me I was wrong for buying the complete rotor & pad set because I ended up not needing the rear rotors - everybody (with half a brain) knows 80% of wear is on the front brakes...so it's no surprise that I opened up the rear calipers & the rotors were still good. My advice is take an extra 5 min & drive to the Oreillys on Plaza Dr. - they're always professional, knowledgeable, helpful & NO HASSLE!!! That woman has to goooooooooo. hahaha

Robert is the best. Every time I have gone in (at least 4 times in the past few weeks) he has had a welcoming and positive attitude. He answers all questions that I have, takes time to show me what needs to be done or put what I bought onto my car. If you want someone who knows his cars and is helpful, come to this oreillys. I won’t use anyone else.

Five Stars Isn’t Enough for John! I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by John at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I truly don’t have enough words to express how amazing he was. My tail light had gone out unexpectedly, and I stopped by hoping for a little help — what I got was above and beyond anything I could’ve imagined. John, who was on CRUTCHES, didn’t let that stop him one bit. He went back and forth from my car to the store multiple times, determined to make sure I had the right part and that everything was working perfectly before I left. His kindness, patience, and determination were truly something special. You could tell he genuinely cared and took pride in helping customers. In a world where great service can be hard to find, John is a shining example of what it means to go the extra mile — even while on crutches. O’Reilly is lucky to have someone like him, and I hope he gets all the recognition he deserves. Thank you, John, for turning a stressful situation into a moment of genuine gratitude. You’re a rockstar!!

One of the employees named John, went above and beyond big time yesterday. I had some issues with my front headlights and not only did John take them apart for me and find the problem, but after I purchased them, he installed them and they work perfectly! I’ve never seen a worker at any company go above and beyond the way that John did. John deserves lots of praise and kudos!

The guy behind the counter, ROBERT has to give the WORST customer service I’ve ever encountered. Rude, no class, no manners, watched him treat me and other customers badly. Talks down to employees. Went to make a return. Unopened item. He was extremely rude and condescending to me. An embarrassment to the store. Represents the store badly.
