Took my car for a warranty service and fair oaks said they didn’t want to fix it because the car had been abused. I drive normally and my work is only 5 minutes from my house so to say I abuse my car was a massive surprise. Tried to talk to them about returning my warranty and fair oaks said they weren’t able to that it wasn’t in their hands to. Never buy or take your car here for servicing you won’t get what you want unless you want to pay for overpriced mechanics that leave you with a bad job anyway.

Called the dealer this morning to check if a Mach E listed on their website was available and told it was… except they are going to sell $10,000 over the sticker price. These guys must think they are the only Ford dealer around. All the reputable dealers are selling the limited inventory at sticker price. This one is trying to gouge potential buyers. Avoid this place like the plague.
