These guys have been taking really good care of me! I've been here a couple of times for various mechanical things as well as for oil changes. Pricing has been very reasonable and fair. They do a good job explaining everything that they're doing and why.

John, Kevin and Jeff are the BEST! This is by far the BEST Repair shop in the State. They are very Honest and stand behind there work 100%. I highly recommend that you get all of your auto repair work done here and you will be so glad that you did. Absolutely the BEST experience I have ever had! I always feel really taken care of when I visit this location, and this is why I choose to come back. The employees and management are gentle and kind every time, and I am not treated differently or lesser than because I am not a man, which is an experience I’ve had at other lube and oil places. I feel respected, and the best part is I can talk and joke with everyone while waiting for my service because they are all so friendly. Express will be honest with you if they feel they don’t have all of the tools necessary for a specific job, and they are upfront about charges. The clear communication works really well for me, and I never feel worried that they are going to take advantage of my wallet (which is good bc i’m in school lol). I’d highly recommend them without a doubt. I don’t care to write reviews normally, so if you weren’t sure about going with them, use this review as your sign to do so.

They'll definitely see my business again. Jessey and Daniel are incredibly nice guys. Both were gentlemen that answered my questions with professionalism, and easily understood explanations. The waiting room is exceptionally clean with a modern touch. Boasting a flat screen television, complementary bottled water, and a clear view to watch your vehicle being serviced.

We have a '22 Explorer ST which is notorious for having low fluids from the factory. We were experiencing hard shifts in the mornings before everything was up to operating temperature. I read this is a symptom of low transmission fluid in our vehicle. I took it to a branded shop, they confirmed it was low, but said they couldn't top it off because the vehicle was still under warranty. I decided to swing by Express Oil Changes to see if they would top it off. I had my own fluid and they were happy to check it. Everyone was very friendly. Our technician, Jeff, was very meticulous. Got the vehicle up to operating temp, confirmed it was low, and topped it off perfectly to the appropriate level. Transmission shifts perfect now, smooth as butter. We will be back to have them perform the regular maintenance on our vehicles.
