No matter if new or older, I always see a variety of year ranges and they do them all! Eurospec always does amazing work! I feel so confident with the expertise and reliable service and repairs. I have 2 older Mercedes with very high mileage and I bring both of them here. They are extremely efficient and concerned about keeping my cost down. I could not ask for better service. Thank you Eurospec!

If I could give negative reviews I would. I have had bad experiences but this was by FAR THE WORST! First off, I bring my car in for one thing and to have them diagnose my engine light, and then the daughter that works up front kept giving me the run around on what is specifically wrong with the code because as she says “it could be a lot of things”. Like okay? So what is it? Firstly they charged me $150 (after I called right before picking it up to say it would be no charge) to tell me that my car had some codes, but couldn’t tell me what the codes were, like is that how you treat your customers? Then she proceeds to say “it will take some time to diagnose” I ask, well how long we’ll it take to diagnose? “About 30 minutes” so you charge me $150 to plug my car up to a machine, to NOT tell me what the codes are? You give me “a code” but says “it code be a lot of things. And then you say “well if you don’t get this other problem fixed then it’s not going to be worth us fixing.” Well who are you to say what anything is worth fixing one, and two, how are you to say if I don’t fix the other problem going on because how do you know if I’m going to fix anything or not? It really just shows how you lack integrity to one, lie. And two, the new lady who went out to my car couldn’t even tell you the mileage on my car because “it’s not popping up”. If you don’t have the knowledge to find simple things such as the mileage what are you even doing working around cars? I get in the office and you can’t print up an invoice because it’s too much to do and it’s pointless, and your technician wade says he won’t take on the job. Why didn’t you say from the beginning he doesn’t wanna fix it, instead of telling me “if you don’t take care of this problem it’ll be pointless for us to fix…” Really full of lies. The technician is the one working on the cars, that’s whom I should be talking to in the first place because clearly you couldn’t explain all details as you had to keep communicating back to him while on the phone with me. You just work the front desk, so the technicians need to do their jobs and communicate with whose car they are working on. Laziness, imcompetent, and not trust worthy at all. I would not recommend this place to ALL to ANYONE. EuroTechnik is right down the street, and is where Eurospec originated but had to move elsewhere. Go there instead! They have a longer wait time, but clearly that speaks for its self. Really Eurospec can save any long response back to this review because y’all have already lacked integrity by lying upfront and then when I get in the office to pick up my car “I’m going to be honest”. It’s a little too late for that “darling”.

We have been taking our cars here for as long as I can remember. The work to the cars is always complete and well explained, and their customer service is second to none. It is clear that they truly care about the customer experience.
