The BMW shop that we all need! Luke, Dan, and the crew are honest, detailed, professional, and kind. I always smile when I walk out of their shop, even if my nest egg is a little smaller. 😊 That’s the cost of these glorious machines. I never question the work they recommend or perform to keep my M5 and X5d in tip-top shape! Skip the dealership and use this crew. You won’t be disappointed. Also, if you need a loaner (a big perk/bonus), I try to schedule my work a week or two in advance to make sure they have one waiting for me.

Can't say enough about how great this group is. I'm new to the BMW world and was chasing after a bit of an older vehicle. As soon as I picked it up, I called and spoke to Dan. We came up w a game plan to bring it up to date. (E39 530i) And have been chipping away at it ever since. Hitting the critical item first to ensure safety on the road. Then more of the other items that aren't so critical, but still want replaced. Work is clean, efficient, very upfront and honest about what's going on w the vehicle. Plus I get to talk about cars when I come in, so it's always an enjoyable experience. I've referred people over if anyone asks for a specialist!! Great group, go see em!!

Bimmer Logic is the only place that I will take my Z3. I live 74 miles away and it's worth every mile to have them work on my Z3. This last time I gave them what I felt like was a very challenging project of finding the water leaking into my trunk. I washed my car yesterday and popped the trunk and started laughing because I was so happy to find no water inside the trunk. Thanks Bimmer Logic!!

The team at BimmerLogic is INCREDIBLE. Betai was amazing at providing detailed updates and opinions at every stage of the work, and I have no doubt that my car was well taken care of during its time in the shop. The service/work recommendations came with detailed descriptions/justifications and clearly broken-down pricing, and I never felt like they were anything less than honest. Bill pay and pickup options were impressively convenient, too. The team seemed familiar with the intricacies of an E36 M3 and I’ll be visiting them for any future work that mine needs down the road.

The team at Bimmer Logic is fantastic to work with. I specifically work with Ba-tai (spelling unsure of, but his customer service is 100 percent! ) He knows the vehicle well, my BMW Z3 and can troubleshoot challenges with me and find parts that no one else can! His honesty is valued when selecting which issues to prioritize when dealing with safety first and expensive parts. I choose to go to Bimmer Logic because of their extended knowledge of BMW’s, speed of repairs when possible, and their stellar customer service. I say stellar because they offen drive me home or wherever I have to go!

I was driving through town on a sports car tour. Was having some issues with my vehicle. Came in to the shop with no appointment the customer service was impeccable, they treated me with kindness and understanding, didn’t shoo me away. Did what they could for me and got me on the lift and took care of my problem so I could continue my trip. Literally saved my 6 day trip. Super knowledgeable wish this shop was local to my state! I couldn’t recommend them enough man truly. And cars Back up and running beautifully! Thanks guys

Wow! I wish I had found Bimmer Logic several years ago. I will never take my BMW anywhere else. Luke spent so much time with me on the phone educating me about tires and my system software.(got the tires, updated the system). He was very friendly and professional. Batai was incredibly welcoming, highly knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was treated like family. Maintaining a BMW can get expensive. I always worried that I should only get service at the dealership. No more. This is my place!

Bimmer Logic has done a great job working with me and my car in my multiple trips to their shop. I loved working with Dan, who was super helpful throughout the time they had my car and even when I had questions before/after services. Their work has always been as fast as possible, while not cutting corners, and the cost fairly reflects that.
