Discount Tire

We paid over 2,200 this past Saturday to get new wheels and tires. One day later our tire pressure sensors were not working. They asked us to bring it back to pay $60 per sensor. After realizing I wasn’t happy they did offer 1/2 off. However not even 4 days later here we are…..3 studs and lugnuts completely broken off! These are brand new!! We luckily made it to an exit before the tire came off! Once we made it to another tire shop they checked the other lugnuts. They were torqued to seperate pressures. One over 120 and 2 under 80! 3 completely gone! I am shocked! We had 3 kids in the vehicle while we discovered this! Do better! Train better!

UPDATE: DISCOUNT TIRE CALLED ME AND OFFERED TO MAKE IT RIGHT! THEIR FOLLOW UP MEANS A GREAT DEAL AND IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. DREW WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. I WILL COME BACK NOW. We have done business with Discount Tire on Airport Rd for years and have been happy but, things have gone downhill quickly. I just bought 4 new tires two weeks ago. I took my car last week for a front-end alignment and the shop called me to tell me the problem was Discount Tire had actually put the wrong size tire on the right front (245 instead of 225). Thankfully, the shop discovered that because we were getting ready to go to Florida. I took my car back to them and they did correct it but, now my wheel bearing is damaged! I have done research and the mechanic confirmed today that driving for one week with the wrong tire is what damaged my bearing. This past summer they broke the stud off my son's wheels and now this. Two major issues which created safety hazards. My tires are new and I bought certificates but, my next set of tires will be bought elsewhere.

Terrific experience at this location. Ordered a set of tires and showed up to my appointment expecting to get them all replaced, and I was disappointed to find they were on backorder. Chris helped me find a workaround, and they got me in a set of BETTER tires and got them installed same day. It’s such a refreshing experience to find a business that cares about doing the right thing. I highly recommend this location.

I love Discount Tire, the staff was so friendly and supportive to help me get the right tire. I love that they have such a great warranty if I get a nail they can fix it. I’ve always had a great experience with really friendly staff and quick service! I’ll be back when I need new tires.

I have been going to this location for a 8+ years now and I have always been greeted kindly, shown respect, and they always seem to go above and beyond to help me. Today they really went above expectations, even with someone being trained while doing so. Great job guys. Thank you! Your awesome!

My girlfriend came in on Saturday 3/29/25 to have a tire repaired. Apparently she picked up something along the highway. These tires aren't that old. All the guy up front wanted to do was sale her new tires. Any idiot could see these tires are practically brand new!! Why would we buy new tires unless the side wall was damaged? They told her the side wall was fine and that they repaired it. Needless to say now she has a flat tire. The tire is losing air faster than it was before she took it in. It was just losing a few lbs over a 3 or 4 day period but since going in there it went from 42lbs down 11lbs in less than a day with the car just sitting!! I've dealt with several discount tires even have a credit card account. Normally they've been very helpful. Always fixed my tires for free. Never pushed to buy a new one unless it was beyond repair. Might be a good idea if this location gets some new help

I brought a set of wheels to this place with tires purchased from tire rack, I supplied my own valve stems, so all they had to do was mount and balance. The wheels weren’t even on my car it should’ve been a 30 min endeavor. They somehow managed to rip the bead on one of the tires during installation, which snapped one of the valve stems I brought with my wheels. The MOD told me what happened, did not apologize, stated that he would replace the broken valve stem with the same style, and order a replacement tire. A day goes by he calls me and tells me that he got the valve stem, but is still waiting on the tire. The next day I have to initiate contact to make sure the new tire had arrived and that they would have it for me to pick up. I show up to pick them up and the valve stem they replaced my broken one with is a COMPLETELY different style than the other 3 wheels, and the wheel that they had to replace the valve stem on was not balanced. So I had to tell them to balance the wheel before I left. If you care at all about your vehicle and integrity of the jobs you have done on it DO NOT come here.
