Electric Laboratories Complete Car Care

Called Electric Lab for a brake problem and talked to Kevin Wilson Service Advisor and we made an appointment to bring my car in. They had my car there and gave me excellent service by telling me the truth and saving me money by being honest. I would definitely recommend and will be returning to Electric Lab for all future problems with all my vehicles. Thanks Electric Labs, much appreciated!

Excellent service and repairs on my Toyota Tacoma. Excellent customer service, as well. Electric Lab offers rides home to customers as well as pickup after their vehicle is ready and the waiting room is very comfortable with free coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks available. I NEVER have had to bring my truck back after the terrific mechanics at EL have worked on it. I will never go anywhere else. *My service manager now understands that I prefer to speak with him and not be notified by text if something is flagged during a regular maintenance service. I want to keep my truck in excellent running order so I always want those flagged items discussed with me and taken care of immediately. That was not always understood.

This is my second time coming in for a smog check for each one of my vehicles I've had. I was able to come in same day and was in and out so quickly. The service advisor John was super helpful and took the time to inspect anything else I needed on my vehicle. I will definitely be back again for anything else needed!

Absolutely Top Quality Maintenance Shop & Customer Service! On my 2007 Avalanche, Electric Lab troubleshot & replaced “engine bay control (fuse & relay) box” that had shorted out causing brake lights to stay on and draining multiple brand new car batteries and brake switches. I highly recommend this location for all your car maintenance needs! I’m convinced the money spent was worth it & they provided a 3 month/3600 mile warranty too. I not only shook their hand, but gave them a big hug. This business will be my “Go-To” Subject Matter Experts for sure moving forward! Thank you Nick & all the staff!
