This is my second time using Fix Auto Body my first vehicle I had work done here I was very satisfied that I unfortunately got into a accident with a different vehicle and decided to come back a second time around. Fix auto body completed my car sooner then expect! They also had my car looking brand new as if no damages ever happened they deserve more then 5 Stars! Peoples choice award! Staff here was amazing!! Everyone was super kind and attentive. They are the only body shop I would trust with my Mazda because of how particular the paint is. The staff always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle which gave me peace of mind. Seriously couldn’t be more happy with the work they did!

My 2023 Lexus RX350h was hit both front and rear ended. Fix Auto Fresno Body Works did the estimate as my request. They have done very good service. They followed exactly by your demand. Hopefully, I do not need to come back here but I will recommend to anybody who needs the service to them.

2019 honda civic. Front bumper and fender collision. Took 3 weeks to fix. My problem comes when we took our car in, there was no issue with the infotainment center; Never had an issue, but when we receive the car, the infotainment center was broken and now the screen won't work. They said they tried to fix it themselves and even took it to honda with no success (all they did was pull the battery). We spoke with "Todd Ronne" the location manager and we asked if there was any kind of compensation; he said there was nothing else he could do. They had no compassion and took no accountability. I just can't comprehend bringing in a car with a working infotainment center and leaving with a broken one. I hope this helps you decide where to take your car to get fixed.. or this case broken.

Lisa and her staff were amazing! Took my SUV here after someone had side swiped me and they were able to fix it and make it look brand new like nothing ever happened to it. Lisa guided me every step of the way of the process giving me great communication and updates. Her team was so thorough and paid such great attention to detail and even caught some things my insurance didn't include in their inspection. They even washed and detailed it as well which I loved! I highly recommend this place!
