Clawson Honda Service Center

Horrible service! Test drove a car and while getting both my trade ins appraised was told that they didn’t want to waste my time and the car just sold. Wasted my time driving both my trade ins 30 minutes. To make matters worse the appraisal that I received was way lower than what their website quoted me. Horrible service! I will take my business elsewhere!

All my dash lights were coming on, so took car in. Sam Nasser was the adviser and was very helpful and friendly. When he quoted the cost of everything involved…over $4,000 I started calling different shops, but most of them couldn’t help and said I should take it to the dealer. Long story short, I had to pay. We’ve been dealing Clawson for many years with no complaints, but felt we were gouged this time. Sam was very understanding, but he doesn’t set the costs, just has to quote what the computer spits out. The 4 stars are mostly for Sam’s help. A nice guy.

Had car in for schedule service and get air conditioning fixed they did not check battery or tell me my battery and broke two clips and just stuck them in there. I got stuck at gas station. Never again, I will drive to Davis and have serviced before I take my car to Clawson. Davis even washes the car for you after serving it. So frustrating.

Took my car for oil change & recall , damaged it while service and didn’t even bother to inform. Ignored like nothing happened. After yelling agreed to check the cameras. I left my car there for 10 more days to get it fixed.

Amazing service! I don’t typically write reviews, but after my service here I had to. I bought my car used just last year. I received a recall notice in the mail so I called and made an appointment. The service was excellent. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. There is a children’s play area which helped keep my toddler busy while we waited. The estimated wait was 2.5 hours and they had my car ready almost 10 minutes earlier than estimated. You also receive a text with your service advisor’s contact info in case you have any questions or concerns, and they have a café?! I didn’t order anything but it was so thoughtful to have something like that in a service department where you might be waiting for a while. Of all of the service appointments I’ve ever been to, this was by far the best experience! I think I’m sold on Honda now? I don’t think I could go back to any other car brand 🤣

I took my older Honda for a recall and it was completely repaired on two visits. I want to thank Mr Hanna for his amazing customer service and Mr David Martinez for getting the final work done. It’s extremely great to have such curtesy and resolve of any repair.

I've been a loyal customer of Clawson honda for over 10 years. They have earned my loyalty by being the best experience i have ever had, anywhere, every time. Whether it be a new vehicle, a trade-in, or just service. Hands down, i have never had a bad experience. The transparency and honesty are my favorite aspects of Clawson. But the way Clawson treats you as your family is the best of the best.

I waited three hours for an oil change with an appointment . After 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I spoke to them and they hadn't even gotten started on my car. Super frustrating.

Dropped car at 7am. Watched them be done with repair 8:47 am.... But getting them to pull the car up took another 2 hours!!!
