Edwards Body Shop

My experience with Edwards in general has been great. I went into edwards body shop with a bad bumper after being hit by another person. We have a food trailer that needs to be pulled with the car we had to get fixed. So it was tricky figuring out how we were going to operate during all of this. Steve was THE MAN. He knew I was struggling figuring out how I was going to continue working without my car and called around and found me a rental service for commercial trucks. We ended up going there and the truck was way too high for our trailer rig and had to pass until we found another vehicle. Steve came through AGAIN shooting me a text with a picture of a hitch mount that would be compatible for us to borrow. We finally got our vehicle fixed, while being able to sell food and it was perfect. Steve went above and beyond. This is the kind of service that is hard to find these days. We will be back! (Hopefully not too soon) Thanks Steve and Edwards!

I will never in my life, get my car serviced or worked on by Edwards Kia in Council Bluffs. They are the most disrespectful and unprofessional people i have ever dealt with in my life. I don’t understand how you can do work on somebody’s car & not keep a record of the things they have or have not touched. I don’t understand how they can let someone drive off their lot with things that are wrong SAFETY wise. This is now the 2nd time safety issues have been overlooked and my car has just been given back to me to drive. They have now told me because i didn’t go back to them between 2016 and when they just had my car 2 weeks ago, that basically it’s my fault. I have had my car looked at and serviced many times within those years, just not by them because i did not trust them after they let me drive away the first time with a safety issue “they didn’t think was that big of a deal”. I let them work on it this last time, because there was a recall and they would do it for free. NEVER AGAIN. The two men i spoke to, Gage (service manager) & Chuck (general manager) were speaking to me in a condescending manner, and making me feel belittled the entire time. I will never in my life do business with them again.

I got a new phone number about 4 years ago. The previous gentleman who owned the number (Frederick W. Colbert) owes everyone in Omaha and Council Bluffs money. I told everyone who called that this is not his number and the calls stopped. About 10 minutes ago I received a phone call from Lake Manawa Nissan-Kia for Frederick W. Colbert and attempted to explain that this was not his number and they began screaming and swearing at me. I hung up on them. They were very rude and unprofessional. I called the number back and spoke to some people who seemed confused by this and they politely told me that they could put me on a do not call list. I agreed and we'll see what happens.

Did ok job on my truck but still had to tweak the hood to get to line up better still dont understand why they couldn't do that. not going to be my first choice next time
