They do not return calls. They think they don't need to worry since there aren't other Ford dealerships in Council Bluffs. They forget that Omaha and Des Moines aren't that far away.

They got vehicle in much faster than other dealer service centers. However it took a month for the appointment but the other dealer had a two month wait.
