I am an out of town law school student and I stopped by to get my headlight installed. They instantly got me in and I was there for maybe 15 minutes. Great, friendly service. Lou was great to work with and so friendly!

I recently got my shocks changed, and the difference is night and day! The ride is much smoother, and I feel more in control on the road. Ian and Amanda did a great job—quick service, reasonable pricing, and quality work. Highly recommend getting this done if your car feels bouncy or unstable!

On Monday my check engine light turned on so I called the Brakes Plus in manawa to see if they could get me in. They were able to get me in quickly and performed a free diagnostics test to find the problem, it took less than an hour to figure out what was wrong. They scheduled me for an appointment on Tuesday morning since I didn’t have time Monday to get my car fixed. I went in at 9 and left at 10. Overall the staff, especially Josh, Ian, and Amanda were super helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule. The facility as a whole is clean and comfortable as well. I highly recommend Brakes Plus in Manawa to anyone who needs quick and friendly service for their car needs.

Great customer service. Amanda was so sweet when I called and helped me make my appointment the same day, Tim kept me informed about my car status and explained what it needed done. Very pleased with the prices and service. This is my first time going outside of my car dealer. I do recommend Brake Plus. I am very impressed. Thank you team. Great work.
