They are awful. My 2015 Escalade has been here at least 7 times over the past 5 months. Same problem. They take it in for a week to repair it even with a preset appointment. They have had my car more weeks in the past 5 months than I have. The senior management is no good. I’m ready to trade vehicles, one thing I know, it will not be another Cadillac.

I was on time for my oil change and tire rotation check up on my car. Mike Murphy made sure my car was on time. Seems like I just brought it in, it was ready. The only downfall was they are not doing car washes right now. But my car running like a dream!
