Avoid this place at all costs! I recently went to get an oil change at this shop, and unfortunately, I had a very dangerous experience. After my oil change was completed, they failed to properly shut the hood of my car, or they broke something because after I left I got on the Selmon Expressway and my hood flew up and shattered my windshield causing thousands of dollars of damage to my car. I had called them and they will not take responsibility claiming I must have had a "faulty" hood. They claimed to watch the video and my hood was shut, after saying multiple times it's pretty ironic this happened after getting my oil changed they are sticking to their story. My car has never been in an accident and never had any issues of any kind. They literally said at the shop there was nothing they could do and I would just have to get a tow. Literally taking ZERO responsibility, which has put me in a position to now have to get an attorney. For your own safety don't go here, this could have been worse if I wasn't in that far lane I could have hit someone but thankfully I was able to get to the side of the road.

Have you there especially Dex was very courteous. Explained everything that was wrong with my car advised me on when I was supposed to change fluids and then recommended what I needed and gave me the prices which were very affordable and even gave me a $40 discount for first time! Will definitely be using them again and again!

Well first I wasn’t offered water but the part that got me was that the tech shows me my air filters and says as you can see they need to be changed. I wish I had a pic because I changed them a week ago. They were super clean and the filter was as white as when they were installed. I feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. I even told the guy are you looking at the filters tell me how they need to be changed they are super cleaned and put in a week ago. His reply oh I’m sorry the computer says you didn’t change them last time. Guess I won’t be going back.

I Went for an oil change and they removed my air filter to show it to me when I said no just oil he started shaking his head. when they were done soon as I step on the gas it sounded different when I popped the hood up they never put the air filter cover back on letting debris into my engine it was just hanging so I fixed it, started diving home now my gears don't wanna change speed when I checked they ended up draining the transmission fluid and didn't said anything about it, I went back and they said that I must have a leak, so I told him B.S. cause I drove all day no problems and no oil stains on my driveway so fill it up!! they said they don't have transmission fluid and didn't wanted to pay for me to go and buy some I had to buy it myself that was another $40 on top of the $62 for the motor oil change. so you guys just lost a few of customers cause I told every technician on our fleet not to use you guys for our fleet maintenance ever again...and you lucky I'm giving one star

If I could give this location negative stars I would. I brought my car here for an oil change on April 19th. On April 23rd, we discovered the oil coming from the car. I finally got a mobile mechanic to come out and look at the car and he showed me irs coming from the oil filter. I came back to this location and explained to the manager what was going on. He took my name, number and address and said him or someone else would come and look at the car at 8am. The next day I waited and no one came at the agreed time. My husband came back to the location and spoke with the manager again and he said he never gave me a time but someone will come at 11am. Again, the time came and went and no one ever came. I came back to the store and the same person who told me he would come or send someone was leaving to go to lunch. Of course I'm upset. I've been waiting all day and no one showed up to look at my car. I've given them the opportunity to rectify this situation and the manager seems not to care AT ALL! The customer service here is horrible. Meanwhile, my car is leaking oil all over my driveway. I cannot drive my car and I don't want to drive it because I don't want to blow up my engine. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE AT ALL. TAKE 5 OIL CHANGE ON 301 IS THE WORSE. THEY MAY TAKE 5 BUT IT'S GOING TO COST YOU MAJOR CAR PROBLEMS!
