I highly recommend this location. I have had nothing but good, efficient work done on my car. My regular oil changes get done here but Ive had cv axel boots repaired, a wheel alignment, a new alternator, new evaporator for ac, new brakes, tune up etc. My car is a 2007 but I refuse to get a new car considering the high interest rates and insurance so I really appreciate Jeff, the store manager who always remembers my car and is very welcoming and professional, “Red” whose the assistant manager, very nice, honest and pays attention to detail. Also Jacob, one of the technicians always exhibits a good attitude and communicates well about the work to be done on my car. The work ethic at this location is really good, they have my car running smooth. Sometimes they even offer Lyfts to take you home if you leave your car. Thank you Pep Boys for all the good work.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. I had some trouble with my SUV, and when I went in, the two gentlemen who helped me (unfortunately, I can’t recall their names) were truly outstanding. In today's world, it's rare to receive the kind of service they provided—professional, with a great level of respect. They truly went above and beyond in every way. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. It's refreshing to know that there are still incredible, kind people out there. Thank you for the exceptional customer service! You’ve earned a lifelong customer, and I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Unsafe Practices and Poor Customer Service Two months ago, I went to Pep Boys to address a nail in my tire. After an hour, I was told they couldn’t remove the nail and was pressured into purchasing a new tire, as they said patching wasn’t an option. At the time, I trusted their expertise, not realizing they were upselling me instead of providing the more affordable solution of patching the tire. Within 30 days of getting the new tire, it came off completely while I was driving, causing me to swerve dangerously on the road. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but the situation could have been catastrophic. I immediately requested a refund, as the incident occurred within their 30-day warranty period. Since then, I’ve been calling repeatedly for updates, only to be told that “corporate is working on it.” When I requested corporate’s contact information, I was told they don’t speak to customers. Additionally, I asked for written confirmation that my refund is being processed, but I was told to rely on their word of mouth. This experience has been not only frustrating but unacceptable. The lack of accountability, unsafe practices, and poor communication have ensured I will never return to this location. I strongly urge others to avoid this place, as their practices and customer service are not trustworthy. Update (1/31/25): I received my refund, I’ll put 2 stars instead of 1.

Went here to get my wheel stud replace. Very unprofessional staff. The guy say it would take 30 minutes to take each wheel stud . I only needed 3 replace. And inhave the studs and lug nuts with me. Guy in front told me $200 to replace a $5 wheel stud when i ask why so much. And he told me if it was easy you would be doing it . Very unprofessional . I went to another shop only $75 to place stud in already have with me.. basically this place is a ripoff. Be careful .

***********WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED********** I brought my car to Pep Boys because one of my tires kept losing air. I left the vehicle expecting a simple tire repair, but instead received a call telling me I "urgently" needed a new battery, all new brakes, an air filter replacement, and two sensors — totaling over **$1,500** in recommended repairs. I told them I **only wanted the tire issue addressed** and would pick up my car without any additional services. When I picked up my car (just before closing), I noticed something was very wrong. As I drove home, the **check engine light** came on, the **stability control warning** lit up, and a **red warning light** appeared on the dashboard. My car was also **shaking**, which had never happened before. I returned the next day (Friday), but was told to come back Saturday because "all the mechanics had already left" — despite the fact it was only **5 PM and they close at 8 PM**. I couldn’t make it Saturday due to work, so I came back Sunday, hoping for help. Instead, I was met with a rude and unprofessional customer service rep named **Red**, who had **no interest in resolving the issue**. He told me, “I’m not doing this with you today,” and became visibly irritated and defensive when I asked him to simply check the car. When I asked if someone could at least look under the hood in case something had been left undone, Red finally called a mechanic. As soon as they opened the hood, they **immediately found that a hose connected to the air filter had been left completely disconnected** — just hanging there. Red admitted that was their mistake, but brushed off the rest of the problems, saying he **takes no responsibility for anything else** that happened after they inspected the car. When I asked for the district manager’s contact info, Red refused and told me to “call corporate” — then walked away after raising his voice in front of other customers in the parking lot. This has been the **worst experience I've ever had at any auto repair shop**. I have several vehicles I regularly service, but Pep Boys has permanently lost my business. The lack of care, the refusal to take responsibility, and the complete disrespect shown to a paying customer is unacceptable. now i have a vehicule full of issues I did not have before my visit to Pep Boys **I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.** If you want your car returned in worse condition than you brought it — and then be told it’s your problem — **this is your place.** Otherwise, take your business elsewhere.
