Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. As if any accident isn't bad enough,then I chose to deal with what I thought would be a reputable company....not so much here!! Dealt with the "manager" from start to finish...never once received a phone call in the 24 days my vehicle was here for repairs...after being told it would take a week....didn't care to take the time to show me the work they did or discuss anything about what they did or didn't do....what they did do was leave scratch marks a dent and some best in the business over spray on the frame for everyone to see what a back yard job I put my vehicle thru after hitting a deer!!!!! So disappointed....let my lesson learned save you the grief,find somewhere that cares..... Great location...terrible service....didn't even thank me for the $6000.00 check they got.

Very disappointed. Had truck/deer damage repaired here based on my insurance company having a preferred relationship with Eby Collision. Really wish I'd gone somewhere else. Damage included replacing an entire headlight assembly. Eby did not make sure the headlights matched before giving my vehicle back to me. Different trim levels on my truck have either a lighted LED "eyebrow" over the headlight while lower trim levels have a simple reflector. Replacement headlight is wrong model with LED strip so now my headlights don't match. Have made six trips to Eby Collision in the last two months to see how this can be addressed. To date, haven't received so much as a text regarding a possible resolution despite multiple statements that the issue is being looked into. Have completely given up on these guys. Seems that once they got the money from my insurance company, their obligation was complete. Any further statements from them just feel like something said to me hoping I'll somehow get the hint and go away. Paint work was good but now my truck "winks" at you at night and I'm certainly not taking it back to them to have it ripped apart now. I'll wait for another deer and aim for the other side this time and pay to upgrade the other light instead. Save yourself the frustration and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Very friendly customer service! Kept me in the loop 100% of the process, and was transparent on everything! I had hit a deer and had quite a bit of damage. They fixed up my car and made it look fresh from the lot! They also work with enterprise, so they got an agent to pick me up, and I could leave my rental at the shop when i picked up my car! They made the process super easy, and I highly recommend them!

They are busy and overwhelmed. I can't believe that they could fix my truck. When I got my truck back the ac/heat didn't work. Battery was dead and the steering wheel was not aligned. They did an alignment. I bought a new battery and did a factory reset on HVAC system. And my truck is working great and looks great. Thank you very much Eby Collision. A few minor details was over looked, overall I am happy.
