Called this place and he quoted us one fee and the charged us another. When asked about the quoted fee he told us one fee after another and how they added up. Then when he offered the DMV services there was another $50 fee added to total cost of the registration. Definitely on us for not asking, but do not waste your time here. He is shady and seems to pride himself on that.

Long read but it’s worth it!… Earlier today my husband and I went in for a smog check to this location. I went in and waited for a bit, nothing wrong with waiting. I walked around waited a bit more, no worries, we we’re in no rush at all. I saw a tech coming towards me, I asked him if he worked at the smog place, he said yes. Perfect! He asked why I needed a smog (this is where I started to feel the tension) not sure if he was having a rough morning or what. Anyways I said, “we we’re registering our cars because we are moving to Cali”. He mentioned they offered services for plates and registration. Awesome! I asked prices he said they charge $80 aside from what the dmv charges. No problem! Here is where things got a bit weird or should I say condescending (Right,Jesus?) Now…Jesus also mentions that the paper work including what the dmv charges might be around $300-$400 for a 4-cylinder Sedan. I went to say, really?! I said wouldn’t that amount be for like a truck or something of that nature? Then… He’s like where are you getting your numbers? I said I’m basing it off of the amounts I’ve paid before living in Arizona and in California. (In no way am I expecting the same price, common sense is present, I know taxes, reg fees, and in general differ) and in no way was I discrediting his service. He started being rude. Saying how can you compare and elephant to…this and saying you can’t expect to pay the same amount, and honestly being so condescending. I felt so bad, I straight told him in a nice manner I did not like the way he was speaking to me and he said to take my service elsewhere. So I did. Lastly, my husband also left a review earlier and since he didn’t interact with him but only didn’t receive the service, left a one star. Jesus replied to it. We so didn’t expect his unprofessionalism to get past him. Hope you feel better, Jesus.

Easy transfer of two out of state vehicles. Did not have to go to the dmv. They did the emissions / smog test there and handled the title transfers and got our plates on the spot. Jesus was great to work with

Hahaha idk who is responding to the bad reviews cause they are diabolical but the person that served me was very professional and very hospitable.I have no complaints with my visit.There was a wait but the person there made sure to keep the traffic moving and to communicate with everyone waiting.The shop in it self is a garage.I dont know what other people expected a car servicing company to look like🤣.Plan on taking my Kia as well.

NOT A RECOMMENDED BUSINESS Look at the response. So professional!! Guys, do me a favor. If you want any professional input, review, or courtesy, do not bring your vehicle here. Before we start: Jesse made it clear to me "he only has 5 star reviews". I wasn't sure why he kept saying that until now. Guys, there is a reason for this, they are incentivized reviews. Free hint at the end- Cheaper smog , better service down the street. The story: I brought my vehicle in after a trip to the DMV and asked them to verify the paperwork I gave them. I made it very clear and told them to match it up. They took my vehicle and smogged it, no issues other than its the most expensive smog in the area. After 3 weeks of no DMV response, I drop off my paperwork to the DMV. Few days later DMV tells me wrong vehicle was smogged. Here's the deal: I made it clear that I have multiple vehicles and that I needed them to verify my paper to the vehicle. I should not have relied on them to verify the smog paperwork so I take some fault. I assumed they had a level of professionalism , wrong. I came back and let Jesse know about the situation, not expecting a free smog, but to meet me halfway to smog the right vehicle. Jesse was smug (smog? no pun) the whole time saying "I signed the paper and it was like buying a cheeseburger". He did not want to take any responsibility for not looking over the paperwork like I had asked his employee (brother? Luis). FYI they are both in on ripping you off. The issue: Jesse and his friend/family Luis have no understanding when it comes to "pride of work". If anything happens, they will deflect and take 0 blame. I warn you, unless everything goes smooth, you will be just another $72 for them. When things go smooth they seem nice, but if not, they fold and have no decency. Once Jesse kept deflecting responsibility, saying they don't check paperwork , you drive in, they press a button and that's the service you get, what do I see? I stay in the background as someone comes in for a smog, low and behold... Jesse grabs his registration with barcode, takes it to the machine and verifies the info. It absolutely blew my mind. After he made me go around in circles saying it is not their responsibility, what does he do? Exactly that. FYI: Jesse has already let me know he will defame my post. Update : Went to alternative smog. Much better. I drove in, they scanned my paperwork , checked the plates and everything. They did all this before I told them my story. This guy (down the street) was a stand up dude and way cheaper (almost half price). Jesse wants 0 ownership of his work, only your money.
