They were amazing and so very informative and helpful. I came in because I had a nail in my tire and ended up with other issues they showed me and walked me through everything and communicated everything with me. Helped me out with payment plans so I could get all the work done. I appreciate everything they did to help me out and will forever be going back to this location! Eric helped me out as well as the manager both fantastic.

The manager here is so attentive, the crew that worked on my car worked very quickly and efficiently. They fixed my car after valvoline overfilled my oil and cause a few issues to my car. I went from having no issues to having 9 lights on my car & they fixed it all and for a very reasonable price! Thank you Eric for all your help, and quality you put into your customers. You made the process, quick, easy to understand (for a person that this is a foreign language too), and with great customer question.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the speedy, quality and adorable service I received here! Eric was amazing, got me in the same day and their prices were far better than other shops I’ve been to.. he was very polite, articulate and concise in explaining my car’s problems. I was embarrassed because my vehicle is dirty as I’ve been using it for my animal rescue and they treated me as if it was a luxury vehicle! I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here from now on and encouraging my friends to also take their vehicles here! Thanks so much guys!! Great experience.

I want to say a Big thank you to Eric the assistant manager, he is amazing! I didn't get the name of his coworker but they are both great,and hard working, superior customer service, super friendly, does a great job at informing customers. such a pleasure to have visited their for service. Me and my husband will both be back. We went in today on a Sunday which was busy, and despite how busy they were, Eric's demeanor was the same with each customer, just excellent service. I was super impressed!! He should get a raise or bonus, just top notch customer service.

I had new tires, alignment and brakes put on my ‘19 Tuscon, and Eric and the crew were able to get me in and out in less than 2 hrs. I had a TPMS sensor on one of the tires go off that day, and they were able to assist my wife in diagnosis and repair just before close on a Sunday. Will continue to bring business to American Tire Depot in Vista

Found myself in a pickle when I realized on a Sunday that I urgently needed new tires, I was able to place an order and an appointment for new tires on Sunday and they arrived on Monday morning. Eric provided great insight for me and told me everything I needed to know, including some helpful knowledge on tire options that were available to me. He and his crew also informed me that I'd need to get some new brakes soon, and he showed me some brakes that he thought would be great for my car. I enjoyed my whole conversation with him, Eric's just a fun guy to talk to. I went with Continental DWS06 Plus tires, and they grip up amazingly. I was worried that pushing 340hp at the front wheels would be a little uncomfortable and hard to find grip, and with my old tires I'd usually spin at full throttle in 2nd gear, but with these new tires it's just grip for days. Bonus points because these tires are super quiet, almost zero road noise! Thank you Eric and the rest of the crew, amazing job.

Go see Eric and team at America's tire in vista. They had a spare tire for my blow out. Service so good I bought a second tire had them put both in the back axle. No waiting no fuss no muss. Good job team at America's Tire
