Valvoline Instant Oil Change

VERY patient and kind staff. I did NOT trust myself to drive over the giant hole in the floor but with their guidance ot went pretty smooth. It's also very convenient and competitively price compared to a dealer. Worth it.

This was my first time visiting this establishment and this location. The three employees that worked on my car: Mohammed, Brandon and Chloe. Brandon absolutely made my day by reassuring me of certain things I was concerned about my car. Mohammed and Brandon were both very educational and professional. I didn’t get the chance to interact with Chloe but I’m sure she’s as great as the rest of the crew. It was a quick in and out. They also didn’t try upwelling me anything that wasn’t needed which was so nice. Will be coming back, and also highly recommend!

Sadly won't be coming back. Came here about a month ago for an oil change and I feel obligated to share to others who may have had similar experiences. I have used this location as my only oil change place for years and never had any problems, but the treatment I experienced in my last visit has determined that I will not be returning. The instant I arrived, a younger woman who worked at the shop in her mid to late 20s with blonde hair and glasses projected the most unnecessary attitude onto me. We did not interact at all prior to this moment, so the anger directed towards me was completely unprovoked - unless I somehow managed to upset her within the milliseconds that I arrived. As a girl, I thought "thank goodness, a woman is here" but I was immediately disheartened by her treatment of me. She was extremely short-fused, aggressive and spoke down to me like I was a baby. While guiding my car into the garage, she repeatedly snapped and yelled at me even though I was doing exactly as she was instructing. The other mechanics in the shop even seemed to be overly nice to me to try to compensate for the fact that this woman's attitude was so awful. Truly an unsavory experience on top of the fact that I was charged over $100 for an oil change with a coupon. Best of luck to her coworkers. I hope she treats them with more respect than what I was met with.

Quick, easy, thorough. Your techs are always friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived there was an open bay. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, less than $80 with my discount… feel like I did something good for my car and good for my wallet.

Erick, Alex, and Sayd did a great job. Erick also had some good upsale solutions for preventative maintenance that were all valid and needed. He didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed, which I appreciate.

Everybody there super friendly. They work as a great team. Communication between them and you. Quick and easy. In and out the best oil change ever. Change my air filter, check my tire pressure. Ask me if I needed anything Else.thank you guys for such an amazing team. And great work.

I like drive through oil change service as it’s convenient and done quickly. I have been servicing my car with them for a lil while now and usually have good experience. Today, the wait wasn’t long at all. I was acknowledged and greeted promptly. The vibe and the energy were positive and upbeat the whole team working well together . They did full synthetic oil change and radiator service, too . Checked the battery, other fluids, tire pressure, and air and cabin filters . All together took about 20 min and the tech was friendly and explained everything also got me a little discount which is a nice lil perk. Thanks, Valvoline team 👩‍🔧👨‍🔧 THIS PLACE NEVER DISAPPOINTS. ALWAYS FAST CURTIOUS SERVICE. THANKS VALVOLINE TEAM🤟🤙
