I personally love O'Reilly's. I've never had a problem with the products they've given me, unlike NAPA which has given me faulty parts at least 4 times before. Funny because on an older car I used to have, I purchased a PCV valve which was an L-shaped product but had specific ends and NAPA gave me one that was a direct mirror of the part which obviously didn't work. I'm thankful for O'Reilly's. They have solid tools, usually have consumables in stock, and most parts are ready to pick-up on the same day so I don't have to drive all over San Diego. AutoZone always makes me feel like the employees don't care about their job let alone the people and O'Reilly's employees are at least somewhat knowledgeable about most things. Not always but sometimes. Definitely recommend these guys!

Have they changed their policy? Just went to get help with new battery install, parked in handicapped with a cane, I was too shook when he walked out with me but didn't install it? Maybe he didn't hear me when I walked in?

Worst service ever on Mon 6/3. The sales clerk refused to help me remove a cap that I could not get my over 70 old fingers to do alone. I asked him to put the items I was to purchase back on shelfs, since I would never spend money in a place with rude service. Was amazed how a young man could treat a older lady. Its all good, I drove around the next corner & found another Auto store with great service. Am writing to say, don't spend your hard earned money with them. Rudeness is not a acceptable behavior, young man. YOU alone will cost them future business.

I came in with my brother with car problems and came out with soulutions the people who work here are very friendly to the people who come in with difficult situations and it was nice to have someone be kind to us. Thank you Heaven keep up the good work.

I walked in and asked the girl on the counter (Jaycee) which looked at me like I just ruined her day by the look she gave me, to please help me select some turn light signal bulbs for my vehicle & to possibly install them, which she replied "you will have to come back tomorrow" when asked I why she said "I can't do that" and proceeded to ask another employee which was out of uniform wearing sweatpants and a tank top,(highly unprofessional) which I'll assume is her supervisor, about my request. She then proceeded to mumble something and walked away. As a customer I felt dismissed and treated as an annoyance rather than a valued customer. I would rather drive another couple of miles to avoid this specific establishment. Very concerning if I was corporate.
